For hot weather riding, there is mesh on the inner thigh and they are light enough for a Florida summer ride. They are a good alternative to leather pants, but of course you lose a bit of that extra protection you have with leather. Scorpion also has a leather version called The Haley, which I may get for winter riding.
The fit runs small, so most reviews recommend going up a size. They are sized XS, S, M, L, XL. I am 5′, 100 lbs and the small fits just right on the waist, loose in the legs and long past my ankles (typical for my height). In riding position with boots on, it all comes together well.
They look good. Feminine, but not “girly girl”.
The side straps are good for adjusting to a snug fit in the legs and have a small pocket detail for the excess strap.
Low rise, yet no gap in the back when you are down on the tank.
The mesh portions have good air flow.
Removable armor at the knees and hips.
360 zipper for jacket attachment.
Sizing is small, making online ordering stressful.
There is no adjustability in the waist.
The zipper is not covered so you have to be careful not to scratch your tank. It also slips down sometimes.
